“You say you want to give me your submission.” He holds my gaze. “Then, prove it.” The challenge in his voice both excites and scares me.

“How?” I ask, my voice so small.

He smiles, and it’s the single most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen. His sharp canines on display only make him appear rougher and more arousing to me.

He snaps his fingers and two glowing blue magic strands move toward me, clasping around my wrists and tying me down to the bed. “Submit to me.” He kisses my lips. “If you need me to stop, then the safe word is stars.” The need in his voice is palpable.

“Okay,” I say, despite my stomach twisting with nerves.

I’m not sure whether this is what I want. I don’t know what to expect, but the idea of being dominated by this huge, beautiful fae excites me. I have to run with that and see where it takes us.

He tightens his grip on my hips. “What do you want?” he groans.

A shiver runs from the top of my head to the tip of my toes. I meet his royal blue gaze. “You,” I moan, as he licks the bite mark on my thighs.
